Children in year 2, the final year of keystage 1, are beginning their SATs tests today. These tests will be done in school over the next few weeks.

  Pupils from the School Council at Millbank Academy had the exciting opportunity to visit the ITV studios, and be interviewed on Good Morning Britain on Thursday 1 March.

  His Royal Highness Prince Andrew, Duke of York, visited Millbank Academy on Wednesday 17 January, to open Millbank Academy’s new library. He also met with students embarking on adventures of a lifetime, as part of the Outward Bound programme, of which Prince Andrew is a patron.

Commando Joe’s have been working in one of our secondary schools and across our primary schools for the past academic year and to reward all the children's hard work, Commando Joe’s set up a huge inflatable assault course in our Sports Hall for the children to use.
